Our small, Pittsburgh based business is inspired by Appalachian folk remedies and herbalism, in addition to our ancestors pioneering spirit in & across the wilds of the West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and other Regions.

Our “Kimbles Roots” include everything from farmers like Minnie and John Henry, to coal miners, carpenters, Union soldiers like Asa, and also according to family lore, an accused “witch”or two (The eccentric Dutch sake drinking many times Great Great and so on Grandma Bayard (Varlett), and the salt sprinkling many times Great Aunt Sarah).
